there are a few pages that are not directly maintained by developers, and cvs(1) is such a page. notice how cvs(1) doesn;t have "OpenBSD XXXXXX Manual" as a header? generally speaking, if you find fault with such a page, it's more helpful if you check whether the issue still exists in the latest version of the software and, if it does, mail the maintainers of the software a fix, or at least report it. then, when software gets updated, we get the fix. jmc
