Responding to myself here. In thinking about this further I don't think (B) will work as written. If ProxyA is bound to if1 and ProxyB to if2 then packets will leave based on the default route. Without -mpath this will only be one interface as only one next-hop is available. Anyone have any insight on load balancing proxied services? -Steve S.
