Briefly tried testing 4.2-current (out of snapshots) for acpi and bwi(4) support. We booted the target machine w/install42.iso and escaped to shell. It's a in-production machine so we can't complete the install.
Should the acpi be enabled and verifiable from the install42.iso, presumably /bsd.rd, root shell? Or do we need to advance the install before the acpi changes kick in? We've since re-booted the machine back to its in-production 4.2-GENERIC hard drive image; therefore, 4.2-current dmesg or other info presently not available. Thanks,
