I just did a test install of a new PowerEdge R200 [1]. 4.2 Release would not install on it. I achieved an install only with a very recent snapshot (28-01-08). So far, everything is working. I do not have any RAID card but one that can be purchased with the R200, the LSI/SAS5iR, is listed as supported by mpi [2] on the i386 page.
