So what problem is? Affecting the OS? Or that it won't be 100% 'clean'? As far as I am aware, the file system would only allow you to fill it up till it has 5% free space remaining... when it has reach that point you can even boot up in single user mode to do a rm -P. > securely you are trying to make your deletes.
