While trying to install fileinfo # pecl install fileinfo
I get the following error. downloading Fileinfo-1.0.4.tgz ... Starting to download Fileinfo-1.0.4.tgz (5,835 bytes) .....done: 5,835 bytes 3 source files, building running: phpize Configuring for: PHP Api Version: 20041225 Zend Module Api No: 20060613 Zend Extension Api No: 220060519 Cannot find autoconf. Please check your autoconf installation and the $PHP_AUTOCONF environment variable is set correctly and then rerun this script. ERROR: `phpize' failed I have tried quite a few things but nothing has worked. How can I install fileinfo? Please let me know if you have any ideas on how to do this. Thanks very much, Vijay
