I would suggest to start with most complex one (Windows). Don't let it take your whole disk and let an other os takeover the mbr to have decent bootloader. Use Freebsd because it has automatic detection of other bootable partions (even tmp usbdrives) Linux will has grub in on linux partion in my setup.
