Interesting, because I'm seeking the same. Based on sane's site and what was at the local staples, I bought a Canon Lide 25 - however the sane support on openbsd didn't work, better yet, if I boot to windows to see if the thing is boned or not, trying to install the windows driver crashes (I get the demoplay.exe has crashed - do you wanna tell microsoft?).
