Gents,the driver was developed from Reyk in Germany. Reyk add a license to his code. So the question will be, what is the Europen/German law here. Maybe the OpenBSD project/Reyk should solve the problem in the same way as the gpl-violations.org initiative do it. Let the court decide. Will be happy to donate some money to force a decision at court.
