No. I guess I better say exactly what I have setup. I have a GNU/Linux CentOS 5 doing my proxy service, but that's for production purposes, that's servicing 600 plus users and it works fine. Now, I want to get into the OpenBSD thing because I've heard it's considered very safe, so I'm trying it in a Virtual Machine which can perfectly see the CentOS/proxy machine, I even have a Squid installed in the OpenBSD machine and I'm surfing the net just fine with it. Now I've tried almost all of the mirrors they have in the openbsd web site and none of them work for me. I cannot make the pkg_add happen.

What's going on?!?!?!?!?!? Could it be you have a Windows box doing your proxy service? In this case you'd have to give your workgroup, too: export http_proxy=http://WORKGROUP\user:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:3128 In case even this doesn't work for pkg_add, try to download packages manually with lynx.
