Including the name of the person who is known to submit patches once in
a while that every time break the random generation in the system using
arguments like "it uses xor because xor is a one time pad and therefore
unbreakable".

I believe that the name is actually a conspiracy of people who test
the cryptography vigilance of the BSD projects by saying completly
whacko things and seeing how fast they get debunked. In a few years
there will be a scientific paper with graphs over response speed and
the amount of sarcasm and laughing.
