Sorry for my noise, but I think the reason is that the wireless
network is disable by somthing.

I enabled some acpi device, and after that, "ifconfig wpi0 up" added
three lines below:
wpi0: timeout waiting for thermal sensors calibration
wpi0: Radio transmitter is off
wpi0: timeout waiting for thermal sensors calibration

But I have pushed the button to the right side to enable the wireless
network on my HP V3183TU laptop. But I still dont't know how to deal
with it.
