I don't have any experience with cardbus ral(4) adapters, but the ASUS WL-107G is listed by http://ralink.rapla.net/ and the various comments over on http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833320105 seem to indicate positive results when used under ral(4)
