Most Ralink cards are 3.3v only, which means your Ultra 10 probably isn't going to work, this is what the note is about. No one with the relevant Ralink hardware has a new enough sparc64 to play with to see if it works, so it is not enabled in the default sparc64 GENERIC kernel.
