I'd like to add undeadly's RSS here, since I don't think anyone has mentioned it yet. There are two RSS feeds that would have alerted people to this: one for stories themselves (and we published the story as soon as that erratum went in) and one for errata in general. http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=rss http://undeadly.org/cgi?action=errata Well, *I* think it's a reliable source. :)
