Also check out the configuration files which set those things up
automatically at startup. These are likely called something like

   /etc/hostname.em0       (if your network card is called 'em0')
   /etc/pf.conf
   /etc/rc.conf and/or /etc/rc.conf.local
   /etc/named.conf
