I don't know about V210 but Netra T1 105 pci slot only started working
a bit before 4.0 came out.

See if it clears up after pulling the PCI card...(I know, if you're
putting SMF nics in it's unlikely to be a solution for you, but it will
at least give another data point).

I've pulled out the fiber NICs out of both boxes, but the high
interrupt load persists.

I can do the proof of concept without the fiber connection, using the
built-in copper Gig interfaces instead. However, if the CPU is still
permanently loaded by those interrupts, then it is not so nice to
produce performance measurement (well, they are fairly pessimistic).

I look forward to seize the opportunity and deposit this concern in
connection with missing documentation with a SUN representative.

Still, I am happy to test any patches which might mitigate the problem.
