Well, it seems that the problem related with the V210 system is a consequence of a lack of documentation provided by Sun Microsystems. pciide works fine on other sparc64 systems.
As the Geode computers are not designed with I/O performance in mind, it makes sense thinking on the processor as the bottleneck on the net4801, as observed by Stuart Henderson on [EMAIL PROTECTED] Best wishes, Igor.
