Bullshit. We've had deregulation for a while now, and FT is just the historical operator. There's no reason to treat them differently than other ISPs. Them getting a whole hefty chunk of address space looks like some political game on their part to try and keep their position, for which they have no actual right these days. Wouldn't be the first time they try to rig the game.
