Tom has a point and it's too bad more people don't take his view. I've read this list for a number of years and it always amazes me when people reply and make a big deal over it as opposed to simply ignoring it or using the delete key. While I believe that replies are necessary with repeated infractions, do we always have to jump on someone the first time they do something 'wrong'?
