hi i just spend quite some time looking around to determin which disc-controller from promise is using which chipset. depending on the model your looking for you'll find someting on a mailing list. it's then up to you to believe the information found.
1. does anyone know where to find a reliable mapping table? 2. how do i have to interpret the following: in the FAQ: Supported hardware i don't see support for PDC40718. grepping the source let me assume there is. cheers llx
