ports != srpm. Read http://www.openbsd.org/faq/faq15.html which
describes the system and leads you through unpacking the ports tree
and building a port from source.

Really, use the docs. This is a BSD-derived OS, not a sysV clone,
there are a number of differences even in the things you think are
going to be the same as in Linux.
