Simply to put an end to this thread and _maybe_ help someone with
similar problems, it now works as expected. But what *MIGHT* be the
solutions to weird.

Three things I did:
1 give all surrounding vlans UNIQUE ids (even if they wouldn't
          touch each other)
        2 rm /etc/ifstated.conf
3 fiddled with values for advskew and settled on advskew=20

I don't understand how 1 could be a problem, but I don't have time to
investigate deeper.

I don't understand how 2 could be a problem, unless ifstated starts
automatically and silently, even while it works. I don't think it does,
but... hey, I removed it anyhow.

I believe that the bigger reason for the solution was the advskew=20. I
don't understand how it didn't work with nothing, with advskew=3 or
advskew=50.

But with advskew=20 I have seen the proper behaviour working 5* so I
believe that there might be bugs with certain values on certain
conditions, so my first suggestion is for people to fiddle with advskew
values until you find something that works.

What scares me is whether this solution makes sense at all to anyone, or
if I'm not safe yet and this is working for some weird reason like no
network load at all!

Regards, Rui
