Is there a page somewhere giving the proper format for source code submissions. Yes, I know about the knf page.
I thank Theo very much for his attention to anything which might impact the code base, but it would save him a lot of trouble if he wrote up a 30-line "how to announce source for trial before submission" and a 30-line "what I expect in a finished code package" and put those pages easily visible from the OpenBSD home page.
