Thanks to all who answered to my question. I will not submit the patch then. I agree with all the people that answered to my question, we must provide man pages easy to read for first time users but, as Theo said, "man -k" can certainly help. Even if someone does not know how reading the manual page for, we say, a wireless device, typing "apropos <manufacturer>" is a good starting point.
On the other hand, all is nicely documented on the email that comes with each OpenBSD release, on the excellent FAQs and on the manual pages (the best ones I have read!). I was just asking about these missing entries in the "SEE ALSO" section because, as happens with papers "if something is cited in a paper it must be included in the references." I heartly believe that, if something is missing in the "SEE ALSO" section it is usually not a mistake, but a design decision. As I was not sure about this patch, I sent a question to the mailing list first. Now, I see that my doubts about sending a PR was well founded. Cheers, Igor.
