unlike the other Option cards the HSDPA-capable one works differently and
can not be supported by the ubsa(4) driver. Reyk started a driver and a while
ago, as Reyk has lots of other projects, I took over the development of it, but
was slacking (or working on other things, however you want to put it :) 
I stopped slacking now and will hopefully be able to share some results soon.
