I haven't priced shipping containers lately, but I imagine this sort of setup could be useful in more rural areas instead of building out a facility. Plus, they're shipping containers so you could stack a bunch of them together.
I'm thinking the Vancouver economy could take on a whole new look if we buried the docks in AMD64 ...
