(1) may involve some writing down and re-typing, rather than just cutting and pasting into an email. We developers do that all the time. Fixing things takes developer time. If you have hardware that doesn't work with OpenBSD, and you don't want to spend the time giving us full details, then it's unlikely that anyone will spend the time to work out what's wrong.
