Bob, if you are listening, what do you do at the U of A to handle these mis-behaving server pools? Anyone else??
I whitelist the block manually after someone notices. Sometimes it's obvious (your example was a simple /24), sometimes it takes a few tries because the pool is so large. The list from greylisting.org fixes the well-known mail pools. -- Jon
