I encoded an mp3 at 8kHz 24kbit/s with LAME on OpenBSD 3.9.
mplayer cannot play it correctly - it bubbles and skips. mpg321 plays
it correctly. All programs are original from obsd 3.9, I didn't compile
anything.
mplayer even says "Can't rewind stream by 22 bits!" which is a clear sign
of corruption or improper interpretation.
