These devices aren't the same as the PCI Aironet cards which were PCMCIA devices in a PLX bridge they behave quite differently. There is currently no support in OpenBSD for Mini-PCI Aironet and no documentation from Cisco for any Aironet devices. While FreeBSD apparently has some support for these devices, putting aside time to work on old undocumented Cisco hardware instead of modern devices isn't really most people's idea of fun or time well spent. If you're looking for a replacement device, Ralink/ral based devices work great. Jonathan
