Well, probably the Framed-IPv6-Route should contain :: as
its gateway, like is it done with the IPv4 equivalent.

I've disabled them prior to testing. And I of course also
specified the scope on the ping command.

Well, thank you everyone for your hints. I will now again
check with my ISP and see if we can solve the problem since
I probably have nothing done wrong on my side.
