A load of these were donated to a charity I assist. It appears that they are actually Silan Micro-Electronics SC92031 chips. The dodgy PCI ID's known to me thus far are: vendor 0x1904 product 0x2031 vendor 0x1904 product 0x8139 (the latter is surely a joke?) I haven't had time to investigate much beyond reading the (awful) Silan provided Linux 2.4.x driver nor so far manage to tweak rl(4), vr(4) or de(4) enough to make them attach. Unless there is better info on this chip (rather than net rumours about what it was based on) it seems likely to remain an unsupported fake.
