I've been using Paypal regularly... a couple thousand transactions since
2000... on my website and eBay and for other various and sundry
purposes, and have not had a single problem.

I do receive several scam emails every day telling me that there are
problems with my Paypal accounts that require immediate action, and
direct me to log into various goofy webpages in places like Russia,
Romania, Africa, Korea and Japan, though.<g>

Other than that, Paypal has been at least as reliable as my brick and
mortar bank... plus, it acts as a free currency exchange for a lot of
currencies, on International transactions... something my bank will not do.

I use PayPal because that's the way 95% of my customers want to pay
for their transactions. If I had my choice I'd drop them in a
heartbeat. Most of the things they've done to me were minor but they
once froze my account for 2 weeks because they didn't trust a large
refund from Dell. If they had just frozen the refund amount I
wouldn't have minded BUT THEY FROZE MY ENTIRE FUCKING ACCOUNT. It's
not like Dell is known for fraud.
