that was it , ifq.drop number was high 70000 sth, i increased ifx.maxlen to 300, and now im getting 25Mbytes/s ~ 200 Mbitsto obsd box using scp, still seems to be a bit slow 5 times less then ( 1Gb links) but it's better then it was :) . Thanks again for a tip.
