Hi,

The following gave me enough to work from to get ipsec working on XP to our 
OpenBSD firewall:

Section 3 (Configuration on the Windows XP Hosts) is pretty good at describing 
how to set up the windows side via the MMC and avaliable "snap-ins". This 
describes using certificates for auth but easy enough to change to shared 
secrets etc..

Another option we use which works well is GreenBow:
