That's it, exactly! Thanks Danny, precisely what I was looking for. It's
the same as fdisk, disklabel -E but disklabel -dn somehow sums up
everything to me (thanks Nick). The truth of the matter is I
misunderstood the disklabel man page. I was concerned with CHS
boundaries and was messing about CHS values when I shouldn't. Still, the
faq gets better and more comprehensive with every release and that's a
real plus. Thanks everyone for the help and feedback.
