you still don't give a lot of information.
So i'll just assume you try to install OpenBSD on the cheaper dedicated
servers from 1&1-Germany for this explenation.

- get yaifo, configure and build the fs.
- reboot the ded into rescue-system
- connect to rescue and up/download the yaifo image you have build
- zero out the begining of the first harddrive (sd0c)
- dd the image onto that drive
- snyc and reboot (set normal boot first)
You'll then have the usual installer you can connect to via ssh using
the compiled key.

Alternatively you could contract someone to do it for you. There's
enough consulting capacity on this list.
As Joachim pointed out, i have OpenBSD running on an L64 and can also
write invoices. ;)
