This is probably more of a postfix question than an OpenBSD one. A
quick glance of the documentation at postfix.org, yields tips such as
restriction classes [1] that selectively use the reject_rbl_client
parameter. You can use restriction classes on a per-domain basis,
using (postfix') access(5) tables.

I recommend you read up on the manual and ask for further
clarification on the various postfix lists. Your question is hardly
OpenBSD-specific.
