http://www.bwct.de/en-multi_serial.html is inexpensive but will
need a driver written or ported from FreeBSD (ubser, anyone looking
at this will want to start from earlier code from when their TTY
layer was... simpler).

Doesn't fit neatly into ucom(4) framework, though.
