Can help but chime in on the "stupid" issue... I run Windows, MPE i/X, HP-UX, OpenBSD, Linux, Oracle, and Cisco routers, and yes, sometimes, I'm stupid. Everyone has stupid moments. If you think you don't, get over it. My money-back guarantee says that you do have stupid moments. As for the sweeping generalization, hell, why not? This list tends to do just that so it should be no surprise. That being said, unless you *know* the comment was directed at *you*, don't take it personal.
