hi Edward
i had the same problem my solution was to
uninstall all my packages and then reinstall them again.
i used the following commands
-----------------------
# upgrade your system
sysupgrade
# backup your package list
pkg_info -mz | tee my_packages
# delete all your packages
pkg_delete -x
# reinstall all your packages
pkg_add -z -l my_packages
or
pkg_add -Dsnap -z -l my_packages # for openbsd snapshots
----------------------
words of advice:
i am no expert,
i did this on my laptop running latest snapshot
and all packages reinstalled without any issues,
if anyone more experienced is listening in and see any errors or omissions
in my proceedure please shout up.
