Even if openbsd has the reputation of "server"
operating system i've enjoyed using it for playing music: it's simple and
reliable

I know that OBSD is supposed to have some issues playing music in
terms of playing speed, but I've never noticed any problems.
Everything sounds alright to me, never too fast, or too slow.  Of
course, that might be because I'm using it on i386 type hardware.
Still, it's pretty much everything I want in a Desktop operating
system.
