I used Clonezilla to clone. I then used Disk Genius to create a new EFI
entry. Worked really good. Linked the EFI file. The question is the
softraid partition thats bioctl was on sd2p2 and now its on sd2p7. I'm
having a heck of a time telling it to unlock the right partition now.
How do I fix files linked in the bootloader? How does that even work?

Check your UEFI maybe there is an option to create a new boot-entry.
Or in case you can boot linux:

It is also possible to use Refind. In this case the os-specific loaders
should be placed manually into separate folders and the refind one
should be placed as /efi/boot/boot<arch>.efi.
Updates can overwrite Refind in this case.
I don't know any other way.
Hope this helps.

I have a Windows partition on a preexisting drive. I shrunk the drive.
Copied over the existing efi partition and the softraid0 partition.
How can I get it to generate a bios efi boot option?
