OpenBSD's radiusd cannot do this. You will need to use radiusd from FreeRADIUS or some alternative. (Maybe I'll write a port for hostapd that disables the actual AP side of things, i.e. driver=none, to give us a simpler option for this sort of use because freeradius is very flexible = complicated). -- Please keep replies on the mailing list.
