You should probably add which release (or snapshots), which platform and which mirror you used at least. Also try other mirrors in case the one you currently use is out of sync.
Thanks. I use https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD and I am on 7.7-current #79. Seems to be resolved after pkg_check now.
