"exactly" is hard to say because it depends partly on hardware and partly on what you're wanting to do with it. as a new user on common amd64 or arm64 hardware I'd suggest not less than 4GB RAM, 30GB storage, or probably 6GB/60GB if you want to run web browsers etc. You can run on less but you don't want to make it hard on yourself especially until you're more familiar with the OS. -- Please keep replies on the mailing list.
