I think you will get better results if you remove the 'cloudflare' part, try fetching from subdirectories of https://cdn.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/ instead. The URL you use *was* valid earlier, but changed to the shorter version a little while back (the exact time escapes me but can probably be dug out of the www repo). All the best, Peter -- Peter N. M.
