2 solutions.
Either we enable wayland and we need to add a dependency on
wayland/gtk-layer-shell.
Or we disable wayland (--disable-wayland to CONFIGURE_ARGS, regen WANTLIB
and bump).
Here's a diff that adds a dependency on wayland/gtk-layer-shell.
