Which mode are you using (press > Edit+Store keys and use the first encoder). It was set to USB mode 1. Switching to USB modes 2, 3, and 4 did not change anything. It still connects as "umidi0: disabled" and freezes the system when removed/turned off. > Could you try other USB ports and see if the same happens? It shows the same behavior on all USB ports.
